How can we help?

To write a playlist, a scene or a subliminal from what you’re manifesting, Favored sends your words (and your recordings, if you read them yourself) to our server, then to OpenAI or Anthropic for writing and to ElevenLabs for the voice. This happens only with your consent, and our server keeps neither your words nor the audio.

Without it, you still get the catalog playlists and night mode. You can change your mind at any time in the app’s settings. Details in the privacy policy.

Before listening to your playlist, you can keep, change or remove each line. You can also dismiss an affirmation with a thumbs down: Favored takes it into account from then on.

Yes. Favored keeps playing on the Lock Screen and in the background, and night mode doesn’t cut out until morning, unless you set a sleep timer. You can pause from the Lock Screen or the playback notification.

If playback still stops on Android, make sure battery optimization is off for Favored (Settings › Apps › Favored › Battery › “Unrestricted”).

Mostly. What you’ve already created or downloaded plays offline, including at night. You need a connection to create from your words and for the first listen of some catalog playlists, which download while you listen.

Favored is available in English and French, with voices in each language.

Favored Plus unlocks the full catalog, every voice and every music, unlimited creations, subliminals and your own voice. Two plans: $39.99 per year with a 7-day free trial, or $7.99 per month (US prices; your local price is shown by the App Store or Google Play before purchase). The subscription renews automatically. The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible accounts. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends (on iPhone, at least 24 hours before), the yearly subscription starts and is charged automatically by Apple or Google. If you allowed notifications, Favored reminds you three days before the end, with the price that will be charged next. The end date and price are also shown in the app’s settings.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google:

• on iPhone: your Apple account subscriptions (Settings › your name › Subscriptions);
• on Android: Google Play subscriptions (Play Store › profile › Payments & subscriptions), or straight to your Favored Plus yearly or monthly plan.

In Favored, “Manage my subscription”, in settings, takes you there too. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Payment is collected by Apple or Google, so the request goes to them:

• App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com;
• Google Play: request a refund on Google Play.

Yes. If you live in the European Union, you can withdraw from your Favored Plus subscription within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason, through Apple’s or Google’s process:

• on iPhone: withdraw from the contract here (EU), at reportaproblem.apple.com;
• on Android: withdraw from the contract here (EU), on Google Play’s refund page.

If you asked for the service to start during this period, you may have to pay for the part already provided. Renewals do not open a new withdrawal period under Apple’s terms. See the terms of use.

In Favored’s settings, use Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple or Google account you bought with. If the problem persists, write to us.

Check that Favored’s notifications are allowed in your phone’s settings. On iPhone, a Focus mode (Do Not Disturb, Sleep…) may hide them: add Favored to the allowed apps. On Android, turn off battery optimization for Favored.

iPhone — Lock Screen: touch and hold the Lock Screen, tap Customize then Lock Screen, tap the widget area and choose Favored.

Android: touch and hold an empty space on the Home Screen, tap Widgets, search for Favored and drag the widget where you want it.

Labels may vary with your system version and manufacturer.

In the app’s settings, turn off “Help the app grow”. No more statistics or crash reports are sent. These stats never contain your affirmations or anything you write.

It depends on where you live:

• in Europe (EU, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, UK, Switzerland), the “Measure our ads” box is on the first screen, next to the AI and stats choices, unchecked: nothing starts unless you check it. To change your mind, uncheck it in the app’s settings;
• elsewhere (in the US for example), there is no box: turn on “Do not sell or share my info” in settings: AppsFlyer stops telling ad platforms that you came from one of our ads, and the app confirms it’s done.
• On iPhone, you can also decline tracking in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
• Your country is the one of your App Store or Google Play account, otherwise your phone’s region; when in doubt, Favored applies the European rule.
• On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Google settings.

Nothing changes in the app, and this data never includes your affirmations, your wishes or anything you write. Details in the privacy policy.

Favored uses an attribution tool (AppsFlyer) to know whether your install came from an ad, for example on TikTok, and to tell that platform. Your iPhone’s advertising identifier is shared only if you allow it. If you decline, the app works exactly the same. You can change your mind in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. More in the privacy policy.

Favored has no account and no sync: your creations are stored only on your phone. You can get them back if you restore your new phone from a backup (iCloud or Google) that contains them. Your Favored Plus subscription comes back with Restore purchases.

In the app’s settings, tap “Erase my data”. It erases everything Favored keeps on your phone (creations, scenes, photos, recordings), cancels scheduled reminders, clears widgets and turns off stats. It can’t be undone. Your subscription stays with Apple or Google.
